Appointment terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation Policy.

HQ Hair operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, this must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment.

 

Deposit Policy.

For appointments longer than 2 hours we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Should you need to rearrange you will have the option to reschedule your appointment once, free of charge. Your deposit is honoured if your appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks of your previous appointment. You will lose your deposit if you cancel within 48 hours, or the above is not adhered to. You will need to pay the 50% again to secure your next appointment.

 

NO SHOW.

If you do not turn up for your allotted appointment you will lose your deposit. You will not be able to rebook your appointment until you have paid for the previous appointment in full.

 

All COLOUR SERVICES.

Colour services require a skin test 48 hours before the appointment if the client hasn’t had a colour service with us in the past 6 months. You will forfeit your appointment and your deposit if you fail to turn up for your skin test.

 

APPOINTMENT TIMINGS.

CUT AND STYLE

45 Minute appointment which includes Consultation, Shampoo and Condition, scalp analysis and shiatsu massage, Cut and Blow Dry.

 

15 MINUTE UPGRADES

This is a time allocation to add to an appointment for Redesign cuts, Extra styling requests, or longer/thicker hair.

 

BLOW DRY

30 Minute appointment which includes Consultation, Shampoo and Condition and Blow Dry depending on length.

 

QUICK DRY

5 Minutes to dry the hair with no styling. This will be carried out by any team member.

 

HAIR UP

30 - 60 Minute appointment styling hair up from previously washed. Ornaments can be used. Pins supplied.

 

ALL COLOUR APPLICATIONS

Variable times depending on colour application or length of hair. This may be one or more colours. Colour Consultation, the scalp and hair condition are all taken into consideration for every appointment. You will need to have a skin test for colour appointments. Please see our colour policy for this.

 

BARBER CUTS

Dry cuts 15 minutes. Wash and Cuts 30 minutes

 

K RESPECT

Variable times depending on application or length of hair. This includes consultation, recommended products required for home use and a blow dry.

 

TAILORED COLOUING

Balayage/Speciality colours by consultation only. 

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS

By consultation only. All aftercare discussed at appointment.
